Who we are

Stay-NeatEdge is a trading name and division of NEATEDGE CLEANING LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16055197, registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

Review requests: your name, email, phone number (if given), preferred contact method, the area or postcode of the property, basic property details (status, bedrooms, type), what you’d like help with, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
Optional follow-up answers: how your property is currently run, such as platforms, cleaning arrangements and the challenges you describe.
When you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you share.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We use your IP address briefly to limit abuse of our forms.

Please don’t send us guests’ personal details or payment information through the form.

How and why we use it

To respond to your request and discuss your property — our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide our services (contract).
To keep records of enquiries and protect our website from spam and abuse (legitimate interests).
For analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Hostinger — public website hosting; Vercel — our private operations app
Resend — account sign-in emails; enquiry email notifications only if enabled
Supabase — secure storage of enquiries and private operations records
Cloudflare — spam protection on forms (if enabled)
Google (Analytics) and Meta — only if you accept analytics cookies and only if enabled
WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there

Some providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it’s protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as we provide services and then for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without cookies. If analytics are switched on, we’ll ask before setting any analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing loads unless you agree. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage; clear it to be asked again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@neatedgecleaning.com. We’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
